Warranty Registration & Activation
Warranty activation depends on how your Abby & Noah Co. product is purchased and used. Residential and institutional purchases have different activation requirements, so please review the information below to ensure your warranty coverage is properly established.
Residential / Home-Use Purchases
To activate the 1-Year Limited Residential Warranty, the purchaser must complete the Abby & Noah Co. warranty registration form within 60 days of purchase. This registration requirement helps us verify the purchase and maintain the contact information needed to provide warranty support.
Institutional / Commercial Purchases
The 1-Year Limited Institutional Warranty for the Anchor Seriesโข Sensory Swing applies automatically from the original date of purchase. Schools, clinics, therapy programs, and other institutional purchasers do not need to complete a separate warranty registration form.
1-Year Limited Residential Warranty
Our residential warranty provides coverage for Abby & Noah Co. Home Sensory Swing Models against qualifying manufacturing defects and workmanship issues under normal residential use.

Registration Required:
Warranty registration form must be completed within 60 days of purchase to activate residential warranty coverage.
Coverage Includes:
- Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship
- Structural seam failure due to a construction defect
- Fabric tearing at reinforced stress points under normal residential use
- Hardware defects, if hardware was included with the product
Not Covered:
- Improper installation
- Use exceeding the product's stated weight capacity
- Commercial or multi-user environments
- Cosmetic wear, fading, or fabric pilling
- Damage from misuse or alteration
- Normal aging of textile materials
Remedy:
Products determined to have a covered defect may be repaired or replaced at Abby & Noah Co.'s discretion.
1-Year Limited Institutional Warranty
- Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship
- Structural seam failure due to a construction defect
- Fabric tearing at reinforced stress points during use within the 250 lb maximum recommended working load
- Hardware defects, if hardware was included with the product
- Improper installation
- Use exceeding the stated 250 lb maximum recommended working load
- Structural mounting failures
- Cosmetic wear, abrasion, fading, or pilling
- Fabric thinning from repeated high-frequency use
- Damage from misuse or alteration
Textile products used in institutional environments may show cosmetic wear over time. Such wear does not constitute a manufacturing defect.
Installation must be performed by qualified personnel and attached to a structurally sound, load-bearing surface.
